As far as I am concerned, Ariana is the best hotel in Dipolog City. Right next the airport and the staff is the best. Rooms are always clean and everything works.

My go to hotel anytime I fly to Dipolog City. They ate right next to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff every day. Clean roomsand the restaurant has good food. All I need to do is wake up and the airport is a very short walk.

Highly recommended for those who are far from the city if Dipolog and going to travel to Manila or Cebu . This hotel is Walkable if you have no Luggage and free shuttle !

As usual, Ariana does not disappoint me. It is my go to hotel anytime I fly in and out of Dipolog City. The rooms are excellent, clean and the staff is just top notch. The food at the restaurant is fresh and excellent. I made the mistake of trying another hotel in town closer to the bus terminal. HUGE mistake and I will NEVER book D'Hotel again. Save yourself the hassle and stay at Ariana. My only suggestion to Ariana would be this. Get yourself a better IT Staff. Your Wi-Fi could be stronger. It is a little weak in some areas of Ariana. I suspect that an overhaul is needed with better Wi-Fi equipment to completely cover the hotel.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets. We were not able to connect to front desk or room service since the phone was not working. Staff were courteous and nice. But have to speak in their dialect, Front desk lady was not proactive with internet password and communication was a bit hard. Overall it was an ok 3 day stay at the hotel Hot water was on and off and no water pressure. One day water was black and had to flush or drain it for awhile.
