The hotel great but the restaurant... ummm

Beautiful nature, fresh, clean and comfortable hotel. I wish the restaurant can offers better variations for dinner. We have stayed 5 nights and the same dishes... lax, chicken and pork and the fanny parts is that they say is different menu every night so it was not posible to knew in advance what they will serv

Hvis man vil langt ud i naturen, er dette sted dejligt. Smukt. Ærgerligt at Hotel.com skrev vores vĂŠrelse havde sĂž udsigt. Hvis vi stod pĂ„ toilettet og Ă„bnede vinduet, for at hĂŠnge ud af vinduet, sĂ„ kunne vi se sĂžen. VĂŠrelse 47 har ikke sĂž udsigt. Ellers er det et dejligt sted.

Mycket dÄlig service

Rummet bra, fint omrÄde men vissa delar var dÄligt skötta. Skulle kunna vara vÀldigt fint... Restaurangen hade fruktansvÀrt dÄlig service, flera gÀster fick sÀga till för att fÄ in sin mat, personalen pratar inte svenska. Maten var medioker, kÀndes som den stÄtt i luckan vÀldigt lÀnge. De hade en fin veranda, men dÀr fÄr du inte sitta, utan blir satt i en 30 graders varm matsal istÀllet. Detta hotell utlovar spa men det finns inget, lever inte upp till utlovade tjÀnster. Rekomenderar inte detta hotell, om du ska bo dÀr ta med egen mat!

Boendet har tyvĂ€rr bytt arrendatorer ett flertal gĂ„nger under de senaste Ă„ren men med samma tyska Ă€gare. Rummen bra men rĂ€kna inte med att kunna fĂ„mĂ„gon mat i restaurangen. Trots att vi upplystes 2 gĂ„nger om att restaurangen öppnade kl.18 vĂ€ntade vi 20 min för att ansvarig för köket skulle komma o upplysa oss om kvĂ€llens meny. Det kom aldrig nĂ„gon sĂ„ vi gick o Ă€rligt talat tror jag att de blev lĂ€ttade av det. Övriga faciliteter sĂ„som badtunnor jaccuzi o bastuflotte nĂ€mndes inte över huvud taget o jag tror inte man kunde nyttja dessa. Destination MöckelsnĂ€s m orangeri o kulturcenter Ă€r helt stĂ€ngt o LinnetrĂ€dgĂ„rden i förfall. Otroligt trĂ„kigt pĂ„ ett stĂ€lle som har potential att vara helt fantastiskt.

Fantastiskt fint stÀlle med sjöutsikt och i en underbar omgivning grÀnsande till Möckelns maturreservat. Rena och nyrenoverade rum och bra service. Enda minus var den sÄ kallade midsommarbuffén som innehöll kokta frikadeller istÀllet för stekta köttbullar, inga Àgg och servitören klÀdd i smutsiga arbetsklÀder och kunde inte kommunicera pÄ svenska och med en vÀldigt knagglig engelska. Vinutbudet begrÀnsat och personalen saknade kunskap att rekommendera lÀmplig dryck. Nturelk yoghurt/fil saknades samt socckerfria alternativ till flingor i en annars mycket vÀlsorterad frukost.

Herrgprden Àr mycket fin och ligger i de vackraste omgivningar. Rummen vi hade var fina med frÀscha badrum. Personalen trevlig och hjÀlpsam men kanske lite orutinerad. Men maten pÄ restaurangen var tyvÀrr en stor besvikelse.
