Out of all the stays in Ireland, this was our favorite, LOVED the rooms, bed setup for 3, Air conditioning, location, cleanliness....did i mention AIR CONDITIONING??!!! I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

This is a well located hotel for activities around the town. However, most of the town is uphill. But the waterfront, groceries, and several fine coffee shops are conveniently nearby. The hotel is clean, quiet, has spacious rooms, and the staff are excellent with recommendations and tips. You will e joy a stay here at Base.

We enjoyed our stay at BASE. The property was conveniently located. There was some parking available in the off-hours. Staff was somewhat helpful but not very friendly nor welcoming. The cleaning staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable in the heat.
