“My room smelled like someone had smoked in there before and the fire alarm was covered with a bag. The smell lingered for a while. I would expect for staff to clean the room properly and deodorize unwanted smells for their next guests. This is the first time this has happened to me and I hope it’s the last. Other than that everything was cleaned properly.”

“Are stay for one night was horrible, other guest were outside their rooms making alot of noise until 12:30 am. Not a care in the world for other guests! Room hadn’t been dusted in weeks the furniture was ok but all the wall hangings hadn’t been touched. Very disappointed in our stay. No one available to talk to in the am, the breakfast advertised was apple juice and orange juice, coffee and blueberry muffins. 149.00 wasted!!! S”

“Perfect place to stay when visiting the University of Michigan and attending the Ann Arbor Art Fair. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I would stay here again when visiting Ann Arbor.”

“Hotel nuevo. Todo nuevo. Un verdadero lujo. Habitación excelente -aunque no la hacen a diario- Electrodomésticos nuevos y de calidad, incluido lavavajillas. Menaje y vajilla nuevo. Aparcamiento exterior gratis. Centro comercial en frente, a 5 min. Caminando. Downtown 10min. En coche. Desayuno malo. ”

“Location is good but the Sonesta Suites needs an urgent and full refurbishment both in the rooms and common areas. AC almost doesn’t work, Gym is dirty and equipment not working (need to stop the treadmill with the emergency button), almost no weights. Rooms need to be upgraded, mattress very old.”

“Great location to Ann Arbor Downtown and the UM Campus. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. The HELP line via text messaging was very helpful and was quick to respond. Made everything run smooth!”
