“I checked into the room as it is closer to airport at about 9 pm. I checked out by 9.10 pm as the sheets were stained, pillows seemed dusty and I could see cockroaches in the room. This was a strict no no for me. At the reception they did state that they could help with room change but I was completely put off. Bathroom looked clean though”

“The room was spotless and the staff were very courteous and helpful. My son was feeling a bit unwell. The staff picked up on it promptly when we arrived even before I said anything and took him away to the room so he can rest while I was completing the formalities.”
