We only stayed for the night but the room was clean and had small water bottles offered complimentary. The Complimentary valet was a nice perk as well. Their fitness room is exceptional as hotel gyms go. We didn't go in the pool but it looked spacious and clean.

Room was very clean and well stocked. The staff were very helpful and nice. I do wish we were made aware prior to checking in that guest got free valet. That would have been great to know so we didn't have to lug our luggage a long way. Otherwise great stay and will likely stay again.

It was our first time there. After figuring everything out, parking, and where we were at. It was awesome ,the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was real nice, with a great city view. Bathroom/ shower was awesome. Room was just as nice. Had a great time and definitely will go back!

The hotel location was great. The casino had a separate room for smokers. The ambiance was nice. Nice size rooms.The room carpet was dirty. The hallway smelled like marijuana our entire stay. You have to get the parking ticket validated each time you get your car. Only 1 elevator worked the entire stay. You had to walk around to the service elevator. The price for a microwave in your room is $40 a night. The restaurants only serve breakfast in the morning.

Great location, close to the highway so easy to get to other parts of town without a significant wait from taxis and ride shares. Facilities including gym and pool area were top notch. Didn’t spend much time in the casino so cannot comment on that aspect. The food was bit pricey for the quality (just okay). The free all-you-can-drink coffee morning to early afternoon was a nice touch.

Our stay was good. Our suite was very clean and large! The only problem was the view was of Air conditioners and metal. Terrible view for a very expensive room. I asked to be moved to another suite with a view however they were booked. We were given a $100.00 credit for food. I want to shout out the following employees who made our stay excellent: Myiesha very helpful, Bryan the Bellman, and Bonnie, excellent representation for the MGM!

The hotel is very nice, however during my trip, only one elevator was working, for the entire hotel. And twice my room was not cleaned even after it being requested. Lastly sometimes I had to wait in line for over 5 mins just to get my ticket validated for valet parking. Maybe have a dedicated line for that. I would give it another chance though. The casino is very clean and a nice atmosphere. The rooms are a nice size as well. BC
