The room with two queen beds that I booked with Expedia was not available for me. They substituted another room. The telephone was not working throughout the week. I complained each day and they promised for the next day.....it was all a complete lie! There was no breakfast except for coffee on most mornings, not all mornings. Room was clean. Staff were respectful but lied to me at the front desk. I would return simply because of the location and the price.

Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water.

To be honest the hotel is under construction but they allowing all pets to stay as long as they desire . Rooms are updated but TV aren’t smart nor is the staff . A lot of low life’s stay there or be present @ the sight

When I booked this hotel breakfast was included but next morning when I came down for my breakfast I was shocked to see that front desk giving everyone a small plastic bag with one apple and one gondola bar in the name of breakfast. I was travelling with family of five peoples and now we had to find a breakfast place outside the hotel and had to pay from my own pocket for breakfast.

Upon arriving, they could not accommodate me for the room I reserved. Me and my family of 5 had to stay in a king dump for a whole week. After being told they would call and let us know if the two queen bed would come available, that didn’t. The hotel never had towels available for us, so we had to go to meijer to purchase our own towels. There was a door located outside of our room that stayed unlocked at all times. They never came to clean the room ONE time. On the last day I spotted a bed bug on the wall outside of our room. Saying all of this to say, if I were you, I WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. I’d rather sleep in my car.

There are washers and dryers on second floor. Washers $3 load, small top load, washers are filthy, smell like mildew and take extra quarters, staff dont help. Dryers are same $3 some take extra quarters, dryers do work. Dont ask for Quarters or any Change from Desk They Will Not Give you Quarters or Change.
