“Un excelente servicio y la habitación 10/10”

“Great property, wth nice relaxing pool area. A Good Restaurant and Bar. Nice comfortable hotel, not backpacker homestay like so many other properties in this area. But with a Viet Wooden Stilt Building type Charm right into the hilltop forest canopy.”

“Wonderful stay, amazing food and lovely staff! We had a wonderful stay at Puluong Luna Resort! The food was absolutely outstanding, in fact, the best we have had during our entire trip around Vietnam. Every meal was a real pleasure! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged a fantastic private driver who took us around the area to explore the beautiful sights and surroundings. It was a wonderful experience. We also treated ourselves to...

“Superior kindness and courtesy. Clean spaces although they’re not well maintained.”

“Very enjoyable stay, nice new hotel, good size well appointed comfortable luxury rooms. Great buffet spread for breakfast and dinner. Attention to detail in the decor. Staff exceedingly helpful is all areas. Exceptionally good value. Would definatwly stay again when in area.”

“Hotel a priori bastante bien, con unas buenas visras y piscina infinity pero que al ser invierno estaba bastante desangelado. Eramos casi los unicos clientes. No fue en si el coste pero si el detalle de como lo hicieron y el coste. Comimos por casi...

“Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. ”

There was a weird atmosphere, with all the lights turned off in the hallways, the pool, bar and all resturants closed in the hotel. No guests, and the city was completely empty with no resturants open, so we had to order food from another town via Grab. If you plan on staying one night, as a pit stop between Ninh Binh and Vinh for example, its alright, but would’t recommend staying any longer. Remember to bring...
