The staff were very kind and attentive - even though the system was down and the check-in took a bit longer, they kindly offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. The amenities were of high quality and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“This a small Ryokan which is very authentic Japanese style. No English spoken but this adds to the authenticity. We loved the natural accommodation which was exactly as shown on the website. Excellent meal provided in the evening and an enormous breakfast which we were not expecting so was a bonus. We lounged about in out Japanese clothes provided and Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this clean and peaceful retreat. ”
