“It is a very nice hotel, staff is nice. It's located on top of a busy food street, very easy to get food as a foreigner. Other than three things I hope them to improve, I actually recommend this hotel. 1. The air-condition is very bad, no matter how we try to adjust the temperature, it's stay in 28 degree... “Overall a good hotel, it is indeed a Sherathon, but with some important faults. Our room was non-smoking, but through the bathroom air ducts came a strong smell of tobacco from other rooms, and as a consequence there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The management of the restaurant is not at the level of a hotel of this category: very limited selection and they did not have some of the already scarce choices. We asked for a cheese plate (was in the menu) but they did not have cheese... ”

Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China. Simply amazing ”
