“I had a thoroughly disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was not going to live up to expectations. The hotel had a persistent unpleasant smell—not just in the room but throughout common areas like the lobby. The room itself was extremely worn out and tired-looking. I was initially given the wrong room, which was only corrected after I complained. There were frequent power outages during my stay, often leaving me in complete darkness for several minutes...
