“Hotel is not like in the pictures. It is old and needs to be updated. Staff is very helpful when ask questions. Not allow to assist like local calls or bus station call to check the schedule times. Not recommended for next customer”

“I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked our stay three months in advance and paid a non-refundable rate. When we arrived, the staff told us they had no record of our reservation. We showed them our booking confirmation and payment receipt, but they said they didn't know anything about it. After a long discussion, they only allowed us to stay for two nights instead of the three nights we had booked. They refunded one night, but by then every other hotel in the area was fully booked, so we had...

“Hej en blandet oplevelse. Skulle have et værelse med udsigt til haven. Fik et værelse lige ud til P plads mest for bikes og dermed støj. Vandland og Swimmingpool var der ikke på Hotellet men på den anden side af vejen hvis man indløser billet. Ingen Strand men Vadehav med tidevand. God service, høflig personale, ”

“Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com. Bad experience ”
