“The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance.”

“Luxxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro has always been my go to when Im in town. My home away from home. Location is strategic with access to places you need. Always great with service, facility is well maintained and the staff is amazing. Hospitality and great breakfast has been consistent since they opened. Thank you. I will always come back.”

“Everything was excellent.”

“Clean room. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Die Anlage ist sehr heruntergekommen und viele der angegebenen Attraktionen sind seit Jahren ausser Betrieb. Alles zerfällt. Richtig schade, weil der Ort sehr schön wäre.”

“Relativamente bien ubicado. Habitación con los servicios necesarios pero menos amplia de lo esperado.”

“Great location. Very central. The room is clean the only issue is mosquitoes so bring some repellent like Lavender Room Spray or a Zapper. Love the cacao hot chocolate every morning. Since I have some dietary restrictions I could only enjoy the eggs and a few served breakfast but I am fine with it as it was expected. The ladies are very welcoming and the staff are helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay at this place. Thank you 🙏”

“Spacious and clean”

“The place is easy to access, Near with all the dept stores and restaurants. The staff are friendly. If only their bathroom is like any typical bathroom with proper partition from the shower and the sink could've been great. The shower water always gets the sink area floor wet. But overall, it's safe to stay in this hotel and very affordable”

“aircon is not functioning well. requested for a room transfer kasi hindi lumalamig ang aircon pero ang pinaglipatan na room sa amin ganun din. same sentiment ng iba naming kasama sa other room. tapos ung key card hndi gumagana madalas. kelangan pa namin bumalik sa lobby kasi walang ma approach sa 6th floor na hindi gumagana ang key card,”

“The rooms we picked were huge! And the breakfast was yummy.”
