“Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping.”

“This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue”

“This review is specific to the chalet lodging and food provided. The chalet felt a bit too claustrophobic. The food provided- we had breakfast , lunch and dinner. All were terrible, too salty. On a different note, bush walk with the lions was out of the world.”

“Lovely lodge but the rooms are a bit tired and the housekeeping team could do with improving the amenities in the rooms as well as the turn down service which is currently messy and inconsistent. The main lodge staff, including servers, front desk, and chefs were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food was always fresh and delicious.
