“Will stay here again or something similar. Food was wonderful. Wonderful beach to walk on.”

“The price is good, its clean and convenient . The guy didnt get up for breakfast one morning and its basic but it says that on the tin”

“Sitio idílico muy recomendable el mejor de los 4 que hemos estado en Escocia con diferencia totalmente recomendable limpio con buenos servicios y gran desayuno de los mejores q he probado”

“La habitación estaba sin hacer, tuvieron que cambiarnos a otra habitacion”

“We found everything at the resort to be excellent. We did not have time to take advantage of the pools and exercise equipment, nor some of the other facilities available. The restaurant buffet breakfasts were superb. However, we did not like the burgers, which were required by law to be well done.”

“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“Beautifully decorated space, both mindful of the past but also keeping the comfort of guests very much in mind.”

“Friendly and helpful staff and excellent food in restaurant. Nice Lochside location. Great location for visiting the nearby Dumfries House a short drive away.”

“El hotel está muy bien pero está enmedio de casas no hay comercios”

“Servicio regular al hacer la habitación llegaron tarde para hacerla y mal hecho. La ventana no cerraba está en mal estado. No tenía la habitación aire acondicionado ”

“A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you”

“Está bien para pasar una noche, pero podría estar más limpio”

“The staff were all manarable and attentive . The rooms were spotless and comfy beds and pillows.”

“Rooms where clean and well maintained. Sadly food was poor, we ate in the restaurant on the first evening, one meal was over cooked while my lamb was very chewey. Breakfast on day 2 was poor, they said it would be cooked to order but it looked and tasted like it had come from the buffet they had just cleared from a coach party. The staff were variable some abrupt and others went through the motions but werent enjoying their jobs??!”

“Excelente trato del personal”

“Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with excellent coffee”
