Phenomenal staff and the best beach views I have ever had at a hotel, you can literally walk onto the beach from your room. If you frequent Destin, you have to come here!

Such a good hotel with fantastic staff and a great guest community. The beach is RIGHT THERE you can’t get any closer. Sea Oats is absolutely charming and exactly what I was looking for.

It’s better suited for a longer term stay than the overnight we did. I liked that there was a dehumidifier in the room to combat the dampness from the sea air. Front desk person, 8/24 I didn’t get her name, was friendly, efficient, and put up with my bad jokes.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was scared because some of the reviews and was about to cancel. I decided to take the chance and it was so worth it. The room was so clean you could smell the freshness as soon as you stepped in. The view was amazing and just feet from the beach. Everything was in close proximity to the motel. This motel is definitely worth the stay and the price is super affordable for such a great stay.

The location of the property was perfect. 3 blocks from a busy shopping center and the main strip. The beach was beautiful and the views and sunset breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and warm. We were able to get into our room at 3 instead of 4 which was most helpful after a long trip and senior mother. The hotel having a kitchenette and coffee available before we could get out was so helpful. The room was a nice large size and everything was very clean. We will be booking this property again it was worth every penny! Thank you to the staff for helping with a seamless checkin and calmness. The pictures are views from our balcony.

We had a great last minute visit after a different business canceled our reservation and left us 6 hours away from home with no lodging. I would absolutely stay here again. The room was nice, the location was great, and the staff were fantastic. 10/10
