There was a homeless encampment right by the property and long stay customers loitering on the balconies and property. We did mot feel safe or comfortable on the premises. Will never return or recommend.

Rooms are incredibly outdated with carpet stains and mildew-y showers. Had some weird interactions with the front desk staff. One of our rooms smelled so musty and old. I love that this is a historical building but they need to update the rooms. Also, windows don’t close all the way. Also they say free parking but there is nowhere near enough parking for guests so it’s useless.

Room we stayed in was filthy, clumps of hair everywhere, even in the bed! The manager on duty was extremely rude when I asked if they could change the bedding, dead spiders and dirt everywhere, the whole unit we stayed in smelled like mildew and could see mold in the ceiling where the laundry is. Staff in the breakfast room was great, always cleaning up and making sure food was ready.
