The hotel was very nice & was stocked up on water & snacks. The Coffee was delicious. One problem I had was a very low foam bed with was difficult to get out of. After speaking to the staff, i was able to change rooms and sleep very well. Highly recommend staying here.

We were greeted by very nice staff, check in was smooth. The property opened about two weeks ago and to sum it up: the construction must have been rushed to open quickly. Pros: LOCATION is excellent, room size was huge - we had the 1 bedroom unit that was oddly large with 2 full bathrooms. Price was very good for that area. Aveda bath products were a nice surprise, the 24 hour snack, water, soft drink and coffee area was a huge plus. Common areas were very nice - don't miss the rooftop deck, fantastic views. Cons: no parking, but just head up a street or two to Cook/Madison and you can find a free spot. Our unit had multiple issues - shelves coming away form bathroom walls, toilet constantly running, shower curtain hung so high there was a couple inch gap between the tub and the curtain (!), towel bar came off the wall, floors weren't as clean, but as I said, the unit was massive. Slightly noisy, but we always travel with a sound machine. That's most of it. In all honesty, we would consider staying again, simply because of location and assuming some/all of this will be fixed before we return.

We had a great stay here. Good vibe, nice amenities, friendly staff. It was especially nice to nip up to the roof to enjoy lounging in the evening. We would definitely choose Roami again.
