The hotel was amazing! From check in to check out the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The Skyhawk Bar & Lounge has delicious food and the drinks were perfect. The swimming pools were both very clean and warm enough to enjoy swimming. The arcade was a fun surprise. The only negative experience we had was the air conditioner did not work well and the room was uncomfortable, especially at night. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel and I would recommend staying there!

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were excellent. The bar and restaurant very nice. The outside pool was great. The room was very clean. No complaints except for the area around the hotel isn't great but that has nothing to do with the hotel. I did see security in the area so we did feel safe and there were no issues.

Everything was great Except I was asked to wait for assigning a room Not sure what was the reservation for. Also they asked me if I Would be okay to take a room with king bed We were 4 people No way we would be comfortable in king bed room. I would wait without issues but I had my toddler with me who was in long drive before check in Rest everything was great

The young man at the front desk staff was particularly helpful- I had an issue that the sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t lock— he had maintenance up with the hour to repair the problem. He was also very pleasant.

Beautiful space with excellent amenities. I booked a balcony expecting a view of the mountains instead we just overlooked Home Depot. AC did not work great. Ice machine was down. They didn’t charge me for parking which I wasn’t aware would be an added charge to begin with.
