My first solo trip and I had a great afternoon and night here. Was very glad to see their little “minimart” of assorted snacks and drinks, as someone who was just here for the night and for a concert - the quick accessible food was the cherry on top! Perfect room for one! Would definitely stay at a Microtel again.

The room had been newly renovated - I could smell fresh paint - and it was very nice. The bathroom shower was new - stickers still on the glass. But they didn't paint the walls or doors. I'm only taking a star off because the listing said it had a on-site workout room but I had to go next door to the Hampton Inn.
