We stayed in a two queen suite, as a family of 5. The beds are comfortable, the temperature was good, breakfast is great and we love the pool. The hotel is clean, front desk staff are very kind. This is our second stay at this Hyatt location, and we would stay again. It felt safe.

I’ve stayed here many times. Staff is always super polite and helpful. Rooms are nice with good supplies. Full breakfast, not just continental. Location to hospitals is SO convenient. Lots of fast food in area but not a ton of full restaurants.

The room and facilities were spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast is terrible though-manufactured scrambled eggs, rubber french toast, something bearing a slight resemblance to sausage patties, and empty coffee pots, all presided over by a narcoleptic attendant. Skip it and head to IHOP down the street.
