We had a great stay at Hotel Teatro! The location is excellent—close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Denver. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a good time. Staff was mostly friendly, rooms were hot, but they offered a portable AC when we let them know. Wish they had more food service in the restaurant and offered coffee longer in the lobby. Overall, we had a good time and were able to walk to restaurants nearby.

Cool old building in a great spot downtown. I was slightly disappointed with our room because my brothers got the same Deluxe King Corner Suite above us (booked way after me) and their room had a much better view and nicer TV. So try to get a higher up room for some views if you can. They had a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge for me and wife for our anniversary so that was nice! Overall cool affordable and friendly helpful staff in a great spot.

First time staying here. It is a beautiful old hotel. The room we had (King Corner) was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room we stayed in faced 14th street, so If you are staying here on a Friday or Saturday night bring some earplugs as there are always a lot of sirens and a lot of yelling throughout the wee hours of the morning. Loved the hotel though. It has a ton of character.
