The property name has changed to Baymont Hotel by Wyndham. Lots of homeless people in and around the property, subpar breakfast, and very dirty carpets even in room.

Staff was friendly and helpful, had to change rooms due to first one had a curry odor, the one thing I would say that really needs attention is the carpet in the rooms, they need to be cleaned like a couple times.

The staff gave me 2 rooms instead of 1 I booked which was good and the breakfast isn't as advertised but decent on the go on the listing the room has a weird smell but it was decently clean. But the hotel itself was hard to find at the adress there wasn't a faibridge sign it was located in the Beaumont hotel.

This hotel was super hard to find because its signage said Bayview Inn, and it is kind of hidden between two other hotels. Good location at 120th once you manage to find it. The so called breakfast was minimal and there seemed to be no staff around most of the time. Room was spacious and bed good but heavily stained bathroom ceiling indicates some serious upkeep is in order. But to be fair, the $76 room rate was about right.

The rooms were okay the five days we were there house cleaning only came in once and all they did was take the trash out they did not change the sheets or pillows cases or change out the dirty towels I had to go and get them myself and we kept getting locked out of our rooms every day that we were there the staff was okay and the breakfast they was coffee and waffles and toast that's it plus the air-conditioned kept making noises i told them but it wasn't fixed we don't think that we would stay there again they need to fix the problem they have okay thanks.

Staff was very helpful with anything I needed. Key card kept resetting every morning. Pool and spa was under maintenance. Breakfast was on the go selection wouldn’t call it continental.

The room was first dirty with cockroaches running around, it seemed like someone had used the room, there was no face towels and the towels which were there were used, no soap the toilet had poop stain and breakfast was full of bread the counters were dirty , coffee machine was dirty, only bread and coffee was present plus cereals. Honestly homeless people are there at the door smoking honestly my own house is to clean l regret for going there and spend my cash. I took pictures and l will send to Baymount.

This is one of the worse motels ever. Pics are from like 10 yrs ago. Carpets were stained with unknown sticky substance ,walls had dried burgers(snot) on walls linens were stained n bathroom was disgusting Homeless people in n out of hotel n parking lot. Found out the next day after 2.5 hrs of sleep they are a shelter for homeless. They need to make public aware of it being a homeless shelter. Gas station attendant warned me of n said there is problems at least every other night. Which is great but should be known on web site. Evening desk clerk was great night but did not trust vehicle in a parking lot full of Homeless. I give this hotel a negative 20. Was supposed to stay 2 nights. After one night family decided to go to a motel 6 instead. Much better place with better respect.

Run down, old. When I booked it said fair field suites.... after circling the area several times I went into the baymont/holiday inn so ask where the fsirfield suites was located. The woman working got irritated and said it is the location I am at. Confusing since the name of the suites isnt located anywhere on or in the building. Hesitantly checked in. Drove around to park. Tried to enter the side door where I parked. Broke. Went around to the back ...that door!qa also broken. 1 of 2 elevators broken, workout room closed with sign saying machines were all down. Had to have the key re swiped over 4 times because it wouldnt work at the room door.

The first room they gave me it looked like something had happened because there was blood on the curtains. It was also very dirty and it looked like someone tried to break in. The desk chair at the table was broken and was just taped that I took 178 pictures and went downstairs. The front desk changed my room. I took a few pictures and went downstairs and asked what would I get charged for and they said nothing. I was told my Akron at 4pm. The breakfast was frozen waffles and a frozen breakfast sandwich which had to be heated up. I was very disappointed and I left on the 9th to a different hotel. You to do maintenance on your hotel to keep it in decent shape. This way people will like staying at your hotel. Also at least two waffle makers so people can make the a good waffle for themselves. The pool was nice but looked dirty on the bottom. The air conditioner worked really well, but the room at night was too cold. I had to turn on the heater because it was so cold.

They don’t clean the rooms and they didn’t have any towels. The room was supposed to be a non-smoke room, but it stinks like cigarette. The comforter on the bed was burned by a cigarette. Overall experience was really bad never again.

The property was dated, exterior of property wasn’t maintained-in place of grass there were weeds. Heater wasn’t working in the pool, one elevator was out of order, and I doubt they had maintenance staff. Breakfast consisted of cereal, eggo waffles and jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches which required a microwave to warm. We were shuffled between 3 rooms, all of which had phones that did not work. A box with outlets for charging phones that did not work, and one room had a hole the size of a silver dollar in the cushion.

Do not stay here. Stains all over the room, extremely dirty and outdated. I felt so gross just even sitting in there and had to leave. There were no towels in the room. Multiple people were in the hallway making lots of noise and coming in and out of rooms constantly for the short amount of time I was there. I felt unsafe and the room was not sanitary. I checked for bedbugs, I didn’t see any signs but wouldn’t be surprised. Just don’t stay here, whatever you do.

There was a huge yellow rim around the toilet, and it flushed occasionally. It worked enough for our needs. There were pink and purple stains all over the sheets, a used towels in the bathroom, and no hand soap. Breakfast consisted of frozen items to be reheated in the microwave. Morning staff was incredibly friendly. Night time staff was unpleasant to say the least.

Old, worn out hotel under new management. Room was clean. Bed was adequate. Breakfast was inadequate, nothing at all to drink except coffee, nothing fresh. Pool was closed when I arrived. At the price it was OK. Hard to find because hotel sign has not been changed to new name.
