The rooms need major updating, our curtains had holes, the bathrooms doors needed painting, the bathroom door towel fixture was falling off, the bathroom sink barely drained. But the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good! Great location for the west side.

From beginning to end, everyone was kind and respectful. The check was easy & informative. A welcome drink & bites was a great touch. Housekeeping did a great job accommodating our requests for more towels & glassware. The pool area was wonderful although the cushions need a dry cleaning or replacement. The complimentary coffee in the morning was delicious & plentiful. Buffet breakfast was impressive and tasty! Beautiful property & conveniently close to Red Rocks amphitheater.

The pool was great! Everyone was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was that the rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon, after 3 when I needed to be in the room. Otherwise I had no problems with the experience.

The room was clean but dated. We had a ground floor with patio. The view was an overgrown tree and a garbage can on it's side the entire three days. The driveway/entryway was never cleaned. Same cigarette butts and small debris the entire time. The upside is the price was fair for an older hotel. The interior of the hotel was clean. The lobby and lounge were nice. The bar service was great. The front staff was always at the desk and helpful. Some simple maintenance and grounds management would make a big difference.

This property and staff make for a great place to stay in Golden, CO. The staff, beginning with the front desk, were always very helpful, along with very courteous housekeeping personnel. I only rated this Marriott as "Good" due to it being a bit dated in some need of modernization for the area.

The facility is nice looking. The room and bathroom were clean and public spaces were lovely. Great parking. I would have appreciated more than one tiny bottle of water, especially as a member. But towels and bathroom amenities were good. The lobby bar was decent. Check in and out was courteous and smooth. Great location for attending a Red Rocks concert and exploring Denver. We would stay there again.
