Fabulous from the moment you arrive at The Alantara Sanur property. Every person that you cross paths with from reception, baggage handlers, massage therapists, cleaning, dining , and gardening at this hotel is eager to make your stay the BEST !! Lovely breakfast daily overlooking the pool and grounds. Enjoyed every meal. Loved the peaceful and relaxed location even though it wasn’t on beach. Quick shuttle gets you to that area of Sanur. Would not hesitate to recommend!

This is a great and very relaxing place to stay. Our room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. It is on a fairly quiet street--which is good if you want to rest and relax but maybe not as good if you want to walk to find lunch or dinner. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at. It’s a cozy, intimate property with a lot of charm. We booked a suite and really enjoyed the ground-floor setup, especially the terrace and easy access to the pool, which worked very well for us as on a mother-daughter trip. The property itself is compact, but they make very good use of the space and offer thoughtful programming throughout the day, from breakfast to complimentary afternoon tea and different activities in the evening. One small area for improvement would be the towels and bathmats, as several were beginning to show some fraying and discoloration and could probably do with being refreshed. The spa is very reasonably priced and conveniently located within the hotel. The only minor downside was that the fitness centre is right next to the spa, so at times we could hear noise from people exercising, which slightly took away from the sense of tranquility during treatment. Otherwise, everything was lovely — warm service, friendly staff, a peaceful atmosphere, and a very pleasant overall stay. We would happily return.

Amazing stay! The grounds are beautiful! Location is perfect, away from the main area but the hotel have a shuttle there and back. The food and drinks were lovely. The staff are fabulous - making us feel super welcome and taking the time to get to know us even over a short stay - they are a true asset to the hotel!

We have been to Bali many many times and this resort, the Alantara is by far the best and most beautiful Balienese styled rssort we have ever stayed in. The pool area is gorgeous, the Restaurant is fantastic, the buffet breakfast the best we have had from all over the world. The staff are so caring, they knew us by name, it doesn’t get much better than this resort. They have entertainment at night which was also fabulous when you want a night on. Thank your top notch service 🙏

I really enjoyed my stay here, lovely atmosphere with wonderful and attentive staff. Extremely clean, spa and gym were a plus as well. There was also a shuttle that made it convenient to get to beaches and Icon mall, although private rides are also easy and inexpensive.
