On private beach. Public beaches are extremely crowded in this area. We enjoyed our time; staff was wonderful. Sapphire and Mark were very welcoming and we felt at home immediately. There are 3 pools and 3 buildings, we stayed in cross rip building. Pool side bar served drinks and food. Great for families or anyone looking for a beachfront getaway.

The place has it all: dog friendly, semi-private beach, small grass areas beachside for when you don’t want sand everywhere, pool, poolside bar/cafe, outdoor private patios and balconies. The location was perfect for beach activities and the view was beautiful. The rooms were very clean! The amenities such as the game room was unique. There were 3 pools, one which was indoor and heated, and a hot tub which was very nice. When we had to shorten our stay by a day, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The door lock didn’t work very well, it was hard to unlock our door but other than that it was a perfect stay.

The room was outdated and the AC was loud. But the room was clean. The hot tub and pool are functional but not luxurious by any means. The cafe/bar were closed for weather, leaving nothing on site. Is walkable to Ocean House but not coffee shops or convenience/snack stores. Obvious why it was the most reasonably priced based on decor and amenities but the beachfront was nice and the staff was very pleasant

Overall, our stay was excellent, and we enjoyed the room, the view, the excellent staff, the location, and the friendliness of all we encountered. As far as improvements the standout would be an elevator being an older person getting our luggage up and down the stairs at times could be problematic. Also getting over to the main pool where the bar was located could be made easier than having to go out to the main street and walk over. in closing if we visit the Cape Cod area again we would probably return here and we will definitely recommend it to any of our friends planning a vacation to the area.

We loved our stay! We are new to the Cape and did not know that many of the beaches cost money to park and go to. Therefore, having direct beach access and chairs/umbrellas was amazing. I will mention they do not provide beach towels, however, which is important to know for planning. The food/drink options were also very convenient and Dennis Port is a great, central location.

We decided to get away during the off season and this was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Most of the rooms on the second floor have a pretty good view of the ocean, but for the best view and room ask for room 114. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great bedding. Private beach which makes area limited unless you climb over the rocks. Earle street close by is a good location for a long walk. We had everything we could need provided. Bathtub looked brand new as well as the appliances. Wish the ocean had been of a blue color. Best price we could find for on the beach. And reasonable. Would stay again it was in my neck of the woods.

Sapphire, Jason, and Leah all made me feel so welcome with my stay! They were working hard to take the Cross Rip from hibernation to open for summer Cape travel. My room smelled a little musty, like low tide, but nothing to complain about. I just opened my balcony door to air the room out. It was certainly clean. Clean bathroom, clean bedding. Clean landscaping. And what a treat to be right on the water. I could enjoy each sunrise and sunset from my balcony with the soundtrack of the waves. I hope to be back
