Beautiful property and conveniently located 10 minutes outside the town. Very comfortable and the host was so kind. She also gave us an excellent suggestion of things to do on our way back to anchorage.

Dawn, the property manager/owner was excellent! She welcomed us and answered all questions in a knowledgeable manner! She provided a hot breakfast every morning, and the property sits on a knoll with an excellent view of Denali and Northern Lights. Would highly recommend this property for any stay in Talkeetna!

Such a fun location! Brooks and Dawn were so welcoming and offered such good insights to the area and the rest of our travels in Alaska. The spot was serene, and I wish we’d stayed a few more nights here. The hot tub was an added perk after several days of hiking and traveling. I’d highly recommend!

A perfect stay at a magical place. We had the Denali Room, which has a jaw-dropping view of Denali and much of the Alaska Range. Very smooth operation with excellent breakfast and unlimited charm. Highly recommended!

Comfortable accommodations. Our room was spacious and we slept great. The proprietor Dawn provided excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable about the area. On clear day have fantastic view of Denali. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Brookes the dog stole our hearts.

Such a great stay! I would highly recommend to anyone. Super clean, delicious breakfast, and great amenities - hot tub is awesome with the view. The location is in a peaceful area, just a short drive into town. We even saw a moose from the porch. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed like coffee, robes, hot chocolate, etc. The cabin and lodge is also decorated very nice and fits the Alaskan vibe. Dawn, the owner, is so detailed, thoughtful, and helpful. She is a delight to talk to as well! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay! The room was beautiful. They just remodeled the bathroom and it was wonderful! We had a view of Denali and the Northern Lights were out. We could see them from our room also. We highly recommend the Talkeetna Denali View Lodge!

Dawn knows how to make guests feel at home. Her breakfast spread was massive. Home baked breads, French toast and biscuits. We came in to cloudy weather. The second night it cleared for view if Denali. We booked the trophy room. The mounts added character. And Dawn shared the stories behind them when asked. Loved our stay here.

Dreamy cabin escape

Dawn and James have created a dreamy cabin escape on Talkeetna. Every possible traveler’s need was accounted for. Dawn has worked in hospitality for 20+ years and is an extraordinary host. Her breakfasts are fantastic too. And the view of Denali from their deck is breathtaking.

Exceptional find. The manager, Dawn, was most accommodating. Brooks, her very friendly little poodle welcomed all with delight. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable. Views of the mountain are sometimes possible from the deck. Most impressive breakfast. Would love staying here again.

Beautiful viewing hot tub available if you wanted to take a dip. The host were very friendly and welcoming it helped me store my fish in their freezer, so wouldn't defrost. That was a bonus in itself. Thank you

The property was beautiful. There was a hot tub outside. A great view of Denali on a clear day from the deck. The host was great! She had a great breakfast every morning for all the guests! My room had a very comfortable king bed. Plenty of parking. Located about 10 miles south of Talkeetna. Loved it. I will go back. Denali brewing company is 1 mile south.
