“Es war alles tiptop. Einzig zu bemängeln ist, dass wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen haben, welches wir gebucht haben. Das Wechseln in das richtige Zimmer ging reibungslos. Das Personal vor Ort wie am Telefon war sehr freundlich”

“La habitación estaba limpia y las camas bastante comodas, estuvimos bien lo unico malo fue el proceso de check in que fue un calvario, primero no me mandaron las instrucciones el dia de la llegada, estuvimos buscando como hacer y habia un timbre, la chica fue muy amable pero luego la maquina no me aceptaba la tarjeta y vuelta a timbrar, me solucionaron pero nos llevo casi una hora, de no ser por eso la estancia habria estado bien.”

“Everything since the arrival is self service (you must pick up the keys from a post box) and then insider there's no one besides guests. Difficult to find the building and parking in the night (maybe would be good to send more specifications to the guests). ”
