“Very poor service of the staff”

“My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. The breakfast was wonderful, the spa was amazing and housekeeping was on top of things. We walked to many of the really nice cafes and restaurants during our stay. It feels like a nice quaint neighborhood. Taxi drive were not bad at all but were needed if you wanted to go outside of lara and into Old Town or the resturants at the resorts. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thank you.”

“The hotel is nice and charming, unfortunately you can hear a lot of noise from the street and from the rooms upstairs and it is difficult to sleep. The sheets were dirty and smelled bad. The room lacked some maintenance. I chose it because of the parking, which is an advantage although it is a 3-minute walk away, but I would not stay at the hotel again. There are better options for the same price.”
