Customer service was nice. For the price, the amenities were adequate. Breakfast was bad. Seemed pretty clean AT FIRST. Until we saw a roach by the sink, an unknown bug by the bed, and the toilet stopped flushing completely. Did like that their pet policy was cheap and unrestrictive.

This is my preferred hotel, when I’m in the area. The price is good, and the location is perfect for me. I’ve tried other hotels in this price range, and this one is the best. Comfortable rooms, lots of tv channels, lots of nearby dining options.

Breakfast was surprisingly alright and pleased my kids but that's about where positives stop. The room smelled horrendous and looked just as bad. The desk chair's surface was literally peeling off - about 75 percent of it. Stains everywhere - on the carpet, the walls, the furniture, the mattress. The AC unit was perpetually blowing out chunks of, I assume and hope, air filter while ants crawled on top. My kids were afraid to sleep there and wouldn't even take their shoes off, only my husband had the guts to sleep in the bed and the rest of us crowded onto the air mattress we had brought. It's not that it wasn't cleaned up after a previous guest, it's that the state of the maintenance of the hotel is completely awful. I would never recommend this place.
