“We stayed here for a few days to go to Yala National Park and Hotel Elephant Eye was a great location for taking a SAFARI Tour. The owner is very friendly and the staff are very hardworking. The property is very well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant. Easy walk or Tuk tuk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.”

“Teniamos reserva en este hotel, pero finalmente nos pasaron al Elephant Eye que está enfrente. Acaba de inaugurar y nos dijeron q es de la misma cadena. Es superior: habs grandes, piscina y buen restaurante (cenamos buen pescado). Visitamos el River Front y nos llamó la atención la casa en árbol. Tiene muy buena pinta. Vistas a río y arboleda, pero muchos mosquitos (repelente a tope). Además organizan safaris a Yala en jeep propio de calidad a buen precio: $40/persona con entradas a Parque...

“basic guesthouse with 5 rooms and a communal room. bed was alright and came with clean bathroom. recommended to pay extra for the air con (which didn’t seem available as an option during booking) as it was really hot when we visited and the room was stuffy after awhile. (only reason y i gave a 4 rating as i was sweating throughout the night) the staff were great though especially Dhanushka who went all out to arrange a comfortable stay for us, including getting a beer and dinner for us. he...

“Cabanas located in trees - you are literally sleeping outside. Different experience, but nice. Be aware that animals may enter, and the river is very close by, so maybe not so good for people who needs complete silence to sleep. Staff very helpful and nice!”

“Las fotos del alojamiento engañan un poco. La habitación no estaba muy limpia. No hubo buena comunicación de parte del hotel, no nos avisaron de que tenían un evento la noche que llegamos, lo que no hizo posible cenar en el alojamiento y tampoco pudimos usar la piscina. Las vistas son bonitas.”

“Slechts voor 1 nacht maar wat een heerlijk hotel. Het zwembad is prachtig, alles goed schoon en weten was ook goed, zowel ontbijt als diner. Zou er meteen weer naartoe gaan. Ook mooie aankleding en fijne sfeerverlichting, dat zie je niet overal in Sri Lanka. Kan niks noemen wat beter zou kunnen. We waren ook nog eens de enige gasten dus koninklijk gevoel”
