The property is beautiful. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The only negative remark would be about how small my room and bathroom were. You better really love the person you are sharing it with.

This hotel is so nice I donated my life’s saving to their tables. All jokes aside it was nice, clean, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing as well. The casino was phenomenal with live poker and plenty of slots to play.

Beautiful old hotel, very clean, room was slightly small but very functional with built ins , 12' ceilings and a large renovated bathroom. The only downside is free parking for the hotel is 3 blocks away. During the day, the parking attendant provides rides to and from the hotel but at night or early morning no transportation is available. On street parking in front of the hotel is available for checking in or out. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

Always wanted to stay here during Sturgis and finally got my chance. I am happy that they took their three night minimum stay down to a two night minimum that I was able to take advantage of. Dinner was phenomenal, and the Breakfast, you just have to do it. The breakfast menu is one of a kind. Everything is large and if you want greasy and filling, you got it. If you want healthy with fruit, you got it. Can’t say enough about this place. Hopefully the manager keeps it at a two night minimum during Sturgis. We will be back.

It’s an older hotel but the rooms were okay. The Legends restaurant is very good. Great food and service. Front desk staff very good and love the shuttle service from the parking lot back to hotel. In the bar they need to clean their tap beer taps. The beer was smelling stale. Loved the balcony lounge area over looking downtown.

The Franklin Hotel, was great , the place had been renovated but keep all the original charm of the original building. We stayed in a third floor suite over looking the town spare. The staff were very friendly and helpful with ideas to explore the area. We ate a the hotel’s restaurant call Legends steakhouse . The service was great and the food was excellent.
