After a mix up on dates the staff at Argus and Wotif sorted it out so efficiently i was very impressed. The bed, air conditioning and bath room were excellent i found it hard to leave. Would recommend Argus to anyone heading to darwin.

I wasn’t thrilled with breakfast. When I booked the reservation they wrote that a breakfast was served in the morning. When I arrived I was told that the hot breakfast is an extra $10.00 while the continental breakfast is free. The people at the reservation desk were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I could reach my museum by printing bus schedules that helped catch the right bus.

The staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Location is about 10 mins walk to supermarket, the mall and public bus stop. Argus is a relatively new hotel and I have stayed there several times. I like it especially because the room flooring is tiles and not carpet. Overall if your looking for a clean budget hotel then this hotel is worth staying.

This would be our 3rd or 4th stay at Argus Hotel,Sherherd st. Darwin The staff are very smily and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately the bed wasnt as comfortable as our previous stays. The air-conditioning is super effective The laundry is very handy The location is close to all we need. We will definitely stay again
