Excellent sized room and bathroom. Very friendly staff who happily refilled our milk for tea and coffee when we ran out. Very conveniently placed with a spar shop opposite and in easy walking distance from the beautiful streets of Dartmouth. Excellent value and safe. The only downside was the pub below gets a bit noisy about 10:30pm.

Hopefully ok after flood
They had just had a flood so not at there finest. Pub was closed had trouble getting in touch with the owners but room was ok big and clean we only stayed 1 night
Excellent stay helped by beautiful weather . Accommodation was very good friendly host and great location. Would highly recommend and would definitely return
Nice friendly pub, parking was a bit hit and miss but OK if you got the timing right and we were away in the day. As there is no food served on site, it might have been good to have a small fridge in the room.
The bar area was dated. The staff were very friendly, however no food was available but there were good restaurants and cafes nearby.
The room was very pleasant but a small fridge would be useful as would soap for hand cleaning in the en-suite.
Easy access to the historic town and sites.
Very clean and comfortable room. Only let-down is the pub doesn't do food in the evening- or breakfast.
Oh, and prepare for the 7 a.m wake up call when the new barrels arrive!

Disliked: Amenities
On arrival, thus accommodation no longer existed. No alternative was provided by Expedia, prolonged phone calls to various agents were distress g
We had a great stay at the Seale Arms, the room was huge, comfortable, spotless and very nicely decorated. The powerful shower and use of Netflix was an added bonus! The team/family were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home -thank you! The pub itself is nice too, if you are visiting at a weekend there is often entertainment in the pub which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Dartmouth. Thank you all for a nice and enjoyable stay.
Easy access to come and go was good with own residents keys to internal and external private doors. Downstairs bar areas were good, nice seating. Very nice pub.
A great stay at the Seale Arms. Immaculate up to date rooms. Fabulous location for Dartmouth Town Centre. Parking , we used the Park and Ride situated at the top of the town.
Seale Arms was a lovely family run hotel with nice staff and quality bed linen and towels. All food we .ate there was of a good standard and locally scourced
The Seale Arms is a great location.
The owners Phil & Kate are really welcoming.
The property is very clean and tidy.
The are very careful with all their Covid restrictions,
We would recommend it, if you were looking for time away.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely no complaints about any aspect of our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful without being overpowering. We had a twin room which was situated at the front of the pub. The room was large, very clean, nicely decorated with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as toiletries and bottles of water. I cant comment on the breakfast as we chose not to have it, although on our last morning we were treated to bacon sandwiches delivered to our room by the landlady - an extremely thoughtful gesture and yes the butties were excellent.
I would definitely recommend a stay here and i will certainly return.

Very friendly and helpful accommodating a last minute change to our booking.
We have just spent a week at the Seale Arms & cannot recommend this place enough. Great location in Dartmouth, Great pub downstairs & even better hosts! Phil & Kate were smashing. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay or hosts. Nothing was ever too much trouble & it is the best breakfast we’ve EVER had at a B&B. Soo much variety on the menu - The Breakfast Burrito was incredible! We loved Kate’s travel stories too. We have only just left but we will be back... & recommending The Seale Arms to everyone we know! Thanks so much guys. Take Care - Lauren & Steve xxx
