Considerable mold in the shower. It’s hard to imagine how this has not yet been addressed bc it wasn’t just one spot, but multiple areas of the shower that had strings of mold. Also, the lobby refreshment cooler was without water and water from juice machine tasted off/moldy. Ended up having to go to gas station for water. Breakfast was fine, aside from shower, room was fairly clean.

Reserved this hotel specifically to have a place for the kids to swim on a race trip. 1 hour out of the way to findout at check in that the pool is out of commission. No dining. Rooms need updating.

It was a bed for the night during two very busy events in Danville. The pool and hot tub were a great wind down after a long day. They provide a limited free breakfast in the morning to get you started.

Loose shower rail

Stay was overall good. Friendly staff...However the shower handicapped rail inside of tub was loose to coming out of the wall. Lady at front desk wrote fown complaint and said would give to maintenance.

I felt like the property was getting a little run down. The door to our room - 220 was sticking and difficult to close. Little details like the baseboard and etc. needed some attention. The clothes hook on the bathroom door was missing. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice.

Our room smelled VERY strongly of Cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Black mold on the ceiling above the shower so we didn’t use it. Rooms need updated. We were really glad we were only booked for one night. Seems more like a 2 star hotel. :(

I do not give reviews, good or bad, but I chime in when something is great or horrible. As soon as we walked into the hotel, the person working the desk wasn't friendly, and she was trying to see if there was any possible way for her not to speak. Maybe it was the "if you don't have anything nice to say, you don't say it" mindset she was going for, but we took it as extremely rude. I asked which direction the elevators were, and with their head down, looking or reading something, they pointed with no words spoken. The carpet around the elevator was filthy on the second floor, where our room was, and the room we were given had seen better days. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. The bathroom floor should have been swept and then mopped, not mopped and pressing all the loose dirt and hair into the room's corners. There was peeling paint on the bathroom door, and just taking a quick inventory. The hotel provided two towels and one washcloth for two adults and one child. We went to the pool, and the pool area had no lights on and no information if you were supposed to use your room towels or if there would be towels, or if you needed to ask for towels. We had to ask for room towels anyway, so down we went with our room towels. The person at the front desk was displeased that we had returned with more questions and that she had to go down the hall to get any towels. The story could continue, but you understand by now this was not a customer-friendly experience or a clean

The staff was extremely friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good except for the mystery gravy. I’m not sure if $326 is a fair market price for one night in a two bedroom suite for a depressed area. Felt like the hotel was price gouging because of the football game that was in town.
