“The room was lovely and the view of the sea was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and we were thankful for the on-site laundry facilities. Great location to be able to access cable car, the main beach area etc.”

“Clean rooms, great views with balconies. Great customer service.Highly recommeded. The only thing that has taken me aback was a paid roof top swimming pool, but the fee was acceptable for one off use. It is 20 min walk from train station. 20 min walk from the cable car view.”

“Very large space for the money! The gym was spacious and many machines! The staff was very helpful! Would come here again!”

“Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the convenience store within the hotel is very convenient. However, the restaurant is very expensive. Rooms aren't very soundproof so you can easily hear people speaking in other rooms or things happening outside, even with the windows closed. The location is also not ideal if you have to rely on public transit.”

“On our first night, the whole light was off. I had to call the reception desk to fix the light, and all of us was waiting for the fix. we were so exhausted, just waiting... we couldn't even take a shower or anything. It took almost an hour to complete fix. On the next day, I couldn't turn the light off..... I had to call the reception to fix it again...
