$40 dollar/night parking charge (that wasn't listed as an optional charge when making the reservation) is kinda crazy when you're paying a minimum of $150/night for the room alone before taxes and the extra bs fees that you can't get out of. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the staff was attentive.

Conveniently located, room was excellent, staff were helpful and courteous and I highly recommend. The dart was just a couple of streets away and police presence was very good! The Dart took us practically to the front doors of the American Airlines Center and we felt safe on it…just know you have to push the button on the dart to open the doors to enter and exit : ) I also highly recommend the Irish pub that is conveniently located one level down from check in for authentic Irish nachos!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at The Westin Dallas Downtown I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Dallas Downtown. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I had absolutely no issues during my stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I specifically requested a wheelchair-accessible room, and I was very pleased with how accessible and accommodating the room was. It made my stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend The Westin Dallas Downtown!

I think the garage was moldy, I think valet was pushy and I was never allowed a suitcase caddy. The elevators were embarrassingly confusing. The restaurant in the lobby had the most terrible steak I ever paid for, the mash was good. It was convenient with a pet having a park right across the street but the pet fees online weren’t the same in person. Management took care me. I like the heated indoor pool.
