Every time I come to this hotel, it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind and the people and meet at the hotel are very kind as well. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The parking is always safe and there’s always good spots available. The air conditioning always worked very well. It’s always a pleasant surprise every time I come thank you very much Dallas Lovefield in staff and Hotels.com for making the reservation and I’m the real person. This isn’t some paid review.

The cleaning staff and maintenance people very friendly. The lobby guy was very rude. And wanted change me extra when i paid for an other night for checking in earlier?? I said im already checked it. I just took my stuff came back at 3pm . Still had to pay for second damage deposit. Never been treated so badly.

This time around I was in. Non smoking room much better than previous stay. Could not use Television due to remote not working. Staff could be a little more friendly. Because you use apps to book online at a discounted rate when you get to the hotel they charge you. Extra for a deposit which is refundable.but also an extra service fee. I was booked from Saturday until Tuesday by someone else. When I reserved for and extra day. I was told in order to keep same room I would have to pay $ 20 extra. So was made to check out wait until 3pm to check back in and into the same room which did not make sense at all. The hotel is in a quiet area I can say that. It serves the purpose of a place to lay your head if you don't have a place to stay.

Not a lot of drama around but my shower in room 251 floods the floor because the shower head sprays over the curtain. The A/C is great but takes a while to check in with others there..there will be a $20 deposit and$3 service fee..bring your deposit in cash so you get I back quicker

The guy at the front seat was not very friendly but then again there was drug dealers and hookers walking in and out of doors. Cops showed up the minute after I checked in. We were there just to sleep for the night so it was quiet enough to do that. Room was clean but only 2 towels and one wash cloth. Cigarette burns on the beds and comforters.

Front desk wasn't very personable and welcoming. Nevertheless the reason for.the low rating is based on the room. It was decently clean. Clean sheets but the bathroom and bathtub smelled like sewage and the bathroom was way too small. I had to step outside it to wipe my butt. Almost fell out of the high tub I didn't realize it was accessible or something..also they are doing construction on the roads. Not good if you use public transportation. Have to walk a longer way. Does have McDonald's and a convenient store nearby in walking distance. Overall wouldnt stay again .sewage.

If you are traveling with family, even by your self i would never stay here, the place looks very unsafe , a lot of what seem like homeless people walking around the hotel and very shady people im not even gling to grt into it, just wouldn't recommend it the staff was nice enough to help me with cancelation.

Inside of room is not very clean. Within 5 min of check-in, I requested a refund. The linen had scuff marks, the room reeked of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls. The customer service number provided in email has as area code from Puerto Rico and does not work. Save yourself the trouble unless you’re desperate.

You get what you pay for

If you’re looking for a short trip, this place is fine. The staff is pretty helpful and my check in and out process was quick. Be prepared to pay a fee of $3 at the property plus a $20 deposit. The room itself was okay but it looks very different from the pictures shown when I booked it. I was under the impression I was getting 2 bed room but I ended up with a 1 bed room. I couldn’t find any specifics but it might’ve been a misunderstanding on my end. Do double check what you’re booking! I went with a friend so we ended up fitting in the room just fine. Anyways, the room itself was workable. They provided some hand soap plus towels. There was no hair dryer so bring your own if you don’t air dry your hair. I don’t know if we’re weird for using the mini fridge for drinks but there was a full chicken I found inside upon arrival left behind by the previous guests. Saw some toenails on the ground as well as some burn marks on the furniture. There were also a couple stains on the walls and mold in the shower crevices. I woke up with a few tiny spiders on my pillow but they were easy to swat off. Lastly, upon checkout I saw a cockroach on the floor in the tiny reception area. This was the most I can remember but there were a few other things as well. All in all I know it sounds unhygienic but in all fairness I paid around $60 per night trying to save a bit on somewhere close to downtown where we were only sleeping at. There were no bedbugs and that’s the main takeaway.

The room literally had bugs and should just be called the murder hotel we had to leave at 11pm. The front desk was rude, there was a cigarette burn in the sheets and on the bed, bugs were literally everywhere, we got a smoking room when we booked a non smoking, I didn’t feel safe once, the lamp had random red stuff on it?? And there was old gum stuck on the wall

Pros They gave me a clean room Required a deposit upon arrival to receive a room key The place was scary at night Arrival in the day is best if you are on a budget. Security is there in the day. I don’t know about night time cause I’m sure they would be very busy at night. The bed linen clean nice comfortable bed Regular restroom Safety locks on door more than one made me feel safe. Best to get everything you need prior to arrival. Once your in stay in do not hang out on balcony personally I don’t recommend it. Otherwise good rest and comfort is there No insects or bugs in the room it was clean Con I never received my deposit back I used debit card / There is a cash option I recommend you use it. Cash deposit you receive the next day when you’re returning your room key on time.
