Staff is good and polite you just have to get their attention as they tend to be busy. Heads up breakfast has no waffles lol. Clean hotel. King size bed was really hard though made up for it with lots of pillows. Overall good stay would stay again.

The manager was awesome! Always friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were lovely! All very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff was also very helpful and friendly. They gave me clean towels and trash bags upon request as I had a Do Not Disturb sign for 7 days. I just traded my used ones for the clean ones. It would have been lovely to have moisturizing lotion as I forgot to bring mine but everything was what I expected from a La Quinta which is why I booked my entire trip at La Quinta. From NM to Florida! Thank you! I’ll be a returning customer for sure!

Front desk staff very professional and friendly. Lobby photos on site false. Hotel old and ran down but clean. I wouldn’t suggest for a single female but it was safe but loud in the hallways. Air conditioning made a knocking noise all night. Lobby furniture was dirty and stained. Lady making breakfast very friendly and helpful. Parking lot was packed and some rooms had curtain rods broken and hanging from street view. But I had paid in advance so I was stuck. Bed was comfortable and clean NO BED BUGS IN MY ROOM. IT was good for a low price hotel.

This was the worst La Quinta I have stayed at. We made reservations several months in advance; I had two rooms that were supposed to be next to each other. The put 1 on the 3rd floor and 1 on the 2nd. After much discussion we got both on same floor but not next to each other. My first room was a disaster. The AC did not work and smelled badly like urine. After moving rooms we found the nightstand lamp did not work, we went through 4 TV remotes before we got one to work. The tub appeared to have been painted and the paint was peeling. In the room my 85 yr old Mother was in was a little better but had no full mirror. The hall carpeting was very stained and smelled very musty.. The breakfast was ok and tasty. If you needed to buy bottled water it was $5.00 a bottle, however, thet did have a container of ice water to drink. Overall this was the worst La Quinta I stayed at. Never again...
