Beautiful, modern hotel with great location. Lobby,bar and restaurant all is an enjoyable atmosphere and relaxing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was great friendly staff there as well. Workout room has plenty of everything and it all is in working order. All this and a very reasonable price.

Whilst this is a very big hotel, it still felt very personal. This was in no small part to the friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel. The rooms were of a good size and quality and very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with good personal products available. The rooms and public areas were vey clean and well presented with the historical centre only a short walk away. I would stay here on any future visits to Dallas

Beautiful property. Rooms were clean and huge! Close to downtown bars in Deep Ellum. Fast, friendly service while checking in. The only downside was paying $30 per night to self park which was quite a walk from hotel entry.

The stay was great. We went for our anniversary and I opted to have the room decorated by the hotel. They did not disappoint. We enjoyed the bar on the 2nd floor and all went to Crown Block that is attached to the hotel. The stay was amazing. The staff was very attentive and polite.
