Like the location and road access to the area. Good bones to continue providing a nice hotel. The staff really tried to help with my stay. It's Not a noisy location so this is a plus. The TV programing was a plus and had more channels than most hotels. This is a big sell item as most hotels are limited and expect customers to use their own services. Dislikes: Parking lot had an 18 wheeler with trailer parked in the back taking up over 80' of parking, additional heavy trucks with trailers taking up a huge amount of parking spaces. This means the parking for regular customers is packed and may not have a slot if you come in after 9:00 pm. All the room lights are dim and was not able to see to shave in the bathroom. The shower knob was not attached correctly to the faucet and would come off. The shower hand wand was not working and didn't see a way to turn in on. The staff said it had a knob to turn it on but didn't find one.
