Pool is lovely and clean. Fitness facility equipment is a bit aged (Peloton was not activated which was disappointing), but clean and functional. Location is very central - walk to great dining, coffee shops, etc. Rooms are spacious and staff was really friendly.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas! The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and offers great amenities. The location in the heart of Downtown is extremely convenient. Special thanks to the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A huge plus is definitely the beautiful outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing. Fully approved and highly recommended!

My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a high pressure shower and good toiletries. Although the décor was fairly basic, the room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of dining options for different budgets, including a Chick-fil-A next door, an excellent coffee shop across the way, and an on-site restaurant with delicious tacos and margaritas. The rooftop pool had fantastic views and a peaceful setting, though there was limited shade, and the water was warm. I didn’t use the gym, but it appeared clean and was conveniently located beside the pool. With its convenient location, enjoyable amenities, and overall value, I’d happily stay here again.

We booked very last minute due to a bad apartment we had booked and the hotel gave us a beautiful suite and the room was so huge. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and the room was so clean and had beautiful bathroom amenities to use that smelled delicious. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked so lovely. The area of downtown Dallas is full of quite a lot of homeless people so be mindful when walking at night. This shouldn’t deter you though for a stay here at this hotel. Their restaurant downstairs also looked super chic and high end. We didn’t eat there but would be worth a visit. Even for a cocktail.
