I love Hilton Garden Inn Hotels so much! The staff is always friendly and attentive with all your needs. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. I also like that 12pm is check out time also. The breakfast you have to pay for but it is a good breakfast.

We only stayed for one day, but we will definitely be back. It is a very clean and quiet place to sleep, with many nearby spots for shopping and sightseeing. We’ve had bad experiences at other hotels, but we absolutely loved this one.

When you arrive the place looks abandoned. You have to pull around the back to enter the hotel. This place is under construction, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. There rooms were okay? The Coffee Bean k-cups were great. The dog show was in town and the hotel was full of furry angels. I love dogs, I have one, but I don't want to lodge with them. The various breeds were a pleasure to see. The pool was kind of disgusting. I watched them vacuum dirt from the hot tub and pool. The jets did not work in the hot tub. There was a weird film on the skin from the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and attentive. I didn't complain because I understood the construction, however, I would not recommend this location.

To be fair the property is under a remodel. Did not find out until after the booking. I called the property before my stay and specifically asked about pool and HOT TUB. Staff told me both operational. I arrived next day. Arrival at property. Park in back. Check in at temporary desk And found the restaurant and bar were also in temporary areas. Went to the pool and the HOT TUB it was not working properly. (after the day before the staff assured me it was fine) Lobby covered with painting tape and paper. Paint smell all throughout the hotel Carpet so old and rippled, tough to drag the luggage wheels throughout. The room seemed clean enough. Could have used another chair to sit in. The microwave was very cheap Small TV, 30 inch? Come on large TVs are very economical these days. The mini fridge sounded like it was going to take off any minute. Kept me up most of the night. Door did not function properly. I had to manually close it. With some force! The staff seemed friendly enough!! I’m sure after renovations things will be better.
