The Hampton Inn was very well positioned in Downtown Dallas. We had a very comfortable stay, the room was great. Breakfast was standard buffet & nice. Guy on reception was very helpful.

I really like the Breakfast buffet that was served everyday. I liked the coffee bar option available in the evening. Was not happy with the room selection and unfortunately could not changed rooms due to a long stay. Everything else was ok.

The receptionist was very helpful and always had a smile from when I checked in and throughout my stay. I can tell that he really does love his job. He gave me a room with a nice view without asking and wanted me to feel special for my birthday weekend. The breakfast was a plus especially on Saturday morning. The only thing that I wished for my room was better lighting in the bathroom for makeup and styling but other than that, it was spacious, very clean and we all slept well. I would visit again.

The room overall was nice and clean. The downside is they need new windows or something. You could hear everything going on outside. Sleeping was a challenge as you could hear all the car downshifting or racing through the streets in the middle of the night. I will say the breakfast was great, clean and a wonderful selection.
