Very convenient location if you’re going to a show at American Airlines Arena. Hotel is slightly dated. One thing I was surprised about was the rooms in the studio multiple bed suite both beds were only double beds not queen so sleeping five was a stretch. Full-size refrigerator is nice. Overall a good stay but FYI you do have to pay separately for parking and it’s another $35 but the breakfast was included and very good.

The property was clean and the staff was nice, but the breakfast was terrible. I went at 8:30 in the morning and they were already out of bacon, sausage kolache, potatoes and yogurt. When they would bring food, it was enough for maybe 5 people. Also, no biscuits or gravy. That’s their version of “breakfast included”.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were perfect and it was very close to the American Airline Center. We were able to walk to and from our concert and felt safe. We will definitely be back when we are attending anything in the future at American Airlines Center.

Clean basic hotel and it looks like they are refreshing the floors and rooms. I stayed in Dec 2025 and the room I had was a little tired, but my room this time (08/26) had fresh carpet, paint and the bed was very comfortable.
