This is a very nice and clean place to dtay. We always stay here when we come to Dallas which is twice a year. The employees are extremely nice and helpful! The beds are very comfortable .

My wife and I have stayed at the Hyatt House more than any other hotel in the Dallas area over the years. We like the comfortable rooms and the much morning coffee and breakfast. As seniors, they have always worked with us in meeting our needs. We recommend them to anyone.

This is an older property so all rooms have outside doors and it is set up like an apartment complex. The rooms are older but clean. It was conveniently located between Dallas and Frisco. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. You can not beat the price for a 2 bedroom. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 children.
