The pool was amazing and the staff in the restaurant and bar were so nice. Food was good too. The in house coffee place called Brewed could use more food items and the coffee was just okay.

Great gym, had it all to myself for 2 weeks! Hotel overall is fantastic and I would definitely recommend. The pool and atmosphere are awesome. One complaint: the Hot water takes about 15-20 min just to get warm depending on where your room is, so set you alarm early.

Beautiful pool with different height levels for kids or adults, complementary waters, fast, check-in, and easy extension. Multiple elevators, parking garage entrances and no shortage of parking. I stayed here for two weeks and we’ll go back anytime!

We love the pool and the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The pool TVs and background music added to the poolside vibe. We had two problems. The elevator…. One needs servicing. It’s not a great feeling to get stuck. And the showers are complicated to turn on, even with the instructions on the wall. Otherwise 10 out of 10.

This room was a wedding night gift for my daughter. She couldn’t even be there for 1 hour due to the mildew like smell and had to leave and find another hotel. The staff was very helpful and offered a refund.

The hotel was awesome. The only comment we would make was the access to a microwave. It does clearly state that they are available upon request. We did get back late to the room last night and had leftovers. They did not have any available so we requested to use the one in lobby for items purchased at snack shop - well they had loaned that to a hotel guest. I would suggest this not be allowed. We had to order delivery after 11 pm because the leftovers could not be consumed cold. That was 40$ we didn’t plan on spending but I have to say we saved so much at this complex verses where we have always stayed previously at a Marriott property in Carrollton. We will certainly be back. ❤️😉❤️

The staff was super nice, however, thats where it ended. The elevator got stuck going up to our room. We couldnt use the other one because it was out of order. The room smelled like mold and needed to be updated. Was gross.

They put all their renovation budget into the lobby. If you intend on hanging out in there quite a bit then this might be the place for you. Room bathroom was terrible, towels were stained, tv was outdated, lower electrical plate for the AC unit was just laying on the ground. Some of the staff was helpful but the rest of the staff may have been in training. I took a hot shower and as soon as I opened the bathroom door (halfway because that’s as far as it opens) the fire alarm went off. Parking was easy and free. I won’t be back.

Rooms with pool access, immediately check that gates are accessible. It took staff over two hours to open our gate because they didn’t have the master key available. Rooms are outdated and have odd odors upon entering the room. When I called service desk to verify my breakfast add on, I was told not included but yet my reservation said otherwise. Elevators do not have night access so you have to walk around the property to access gain access through the lobby.
