I stay in a lot of hotels, and I stay in a lot of 5-star hotels. I can tell you this is a 12 star beautifully renovated hotel. It is in an old train station, which gives it a lot of character. With that being said, there are not enough words to express how awesome the staff here is! Every single person in this building goes above and beyond to a level that far exceeds any hotel I have ever stayed in. Even things that I had forgotten in terms of my electronics, they were able to give me a charger at a reasonable price. They helped me with printing. Again, the food and beverage staff service is absolutely out of this world! The food is amazing. If you are coming to the downtown Dallas area, this is the best place to stay. I wish that I could review this with ten stars instead of only five!
