Staff members were efficient but not overly welcoming/friendly. The night-train noise can be a bit much so it is nice that the location provides ear plugs. The rooms are small yet efficiently designed and stocked. You have everything you need for an overnight stay.

Yeimi checked us in. She was very kind, she told us about breakfast and the complimentary coffee and things in the lobby. She carried on a great conversation with us, commented on how she liked my wallet. She happened to be there when we checked in the week before and although she wasn't the one helping us she still talked to us. That is great customer service.

This property was great. Plenty of towels (3) & everything you need was stocked in the room. Front desk was beyond helpful when our vehicle wouldn’t start the next morning. Gentlemen were doing minor maintenance on the property when we left. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
