“Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older”

“I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled .”

“friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking”

“I booked two nights, I checked in, but I have chosen not to stay unfortunately.”

“The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)”

“Good to be able to stay in Gosford on a reduced nightly tariff from the motels. Shared bathrooms are all well appointed, recently renovated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good food in the hotel. Amazing old elevator. Very easy place to stay. All very good, except for phone contact numbers - mobile provides no contact with advice to ring 000 if have an emergency then shuts off, landline goes to AI assistant which says will pass issue onto a staff member for them to contact you but it...

“Love the property. Breakfast was lovely. Sports facilities were perfect. Good customer service. Will recommend to my friends and definitely book again on the future.”

“Good sized room, easy parking and clean. Good value for money.”

“Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks”

“All was good except for the shower, very poor water pressure which needs lots of improvement !”

“The place, location and well maintained hotel. I recommend families to visit the hotel, its a budget price with 4 star rooms”

“This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...

“Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. We were allocated a room on the third floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs after 11pm when arrived extremely tired from a long flight from the UK. We raised our concerns but were simply told, "We are fully booked and can't change your...

“It was clean and had what I needed, bed shower”
